Who I am:
In 1993, my husband Dale and I purchased Management Recruiters of Spokane, Inc. from an insurance client. We lost a great client, but gained a career that has spanned over 18 years and is still going strong. Initially, I worked as a recruiter in the healthcare industry and shared in the responsibility for the daily operation of our business. Over time, we have grown the office to include teams specializing in the Healthcare, Banking, Energy, Mining and IT industries.
Today, my responsibilities include hiring, training and mentoring Spokane's recruiting and support staff and helping to support our newest division, MRINetwork Spokane Contract Staffing. I have achieved the status of Senior Certified Manager and have been active within the MRINetwork owner community. I am very proud of our successes over the years including our MRINetwork President Club status and our top 50 ranking in a field of over 850 international offices and our top 5 worldwide contract staffing ranking.
I am a graduate of Eastern Washington University with a BA in Business Administration and Marketing. I have been married to Dale since 1987 and have 3 children. I love to cook and play both the guitar and piano.
