Perry Paden joins MRINetwork as Director of Contract Services with over 23 years in the staffing Industry. Perry specializes in the placement of IT, Accounting and Finance professionals. Perry and his staffing team work closely with clients to identify their needs and match those needs with a broad range of candidates such as; project/program managers, ERP, software developers, network and help desk professionals, analysts, controllers, accountants and auditors.
Perry has successfully worked with a large cross section of US and international companies, including companies in the Fortune 50. He understands the complete recruiting process helping his clients find candidates with both the practical skill sets needed to fit the job and the soft skill sets needed to ensure the best cultural fit for both client and candidate. His expertise includes Staff Augmentation, Managed Service Provider (MSP), Vendor Managed Service (VMS), as well as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Payrolling. After graduating from Washington State University and serving 10 years in the U S Navy, he joined his first recruiting firm and has been in the staffing industry ever since.
